Initially, I had difficulties with my reservation; however, Shanelle who checked me in at the desk to hear my concerns, present alternatives, and present a solution. We stayed here for two nights before heading home. The hotel staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. The food at Club 57 was very good, but the service did leave something to be desired. Fiji time I guess! Overall, very pleasant stay and if we were in Fiji for a few nights in the future, we would stay here again!

I only had a quick overnight so didn’t get to experience the hotel much. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The complimentary bottle of wine was good. Setting up the free airport transport was simple.
