One thing i liked about this property is that it is close to dinning areas. What i dont like about it is that the rooms are not in good condition. I can barely shut the door to the bathroom.

This Hotel was a Okay check in I had a little delay. Room could of been more cleaned. Housekeeping was not available nor cleaned each day on my stay as stated on website. If you need a room to say for a day or two it’s average but not a place for vacation to stay in.

I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. When I changed rooms I inadvertently left 2 items in the room( my beanie and a pair of sicks. I asked at the front desk about the items. I was informed no items had been returned to the office by housecleaning. They were stolen by whoever cleaned the room (306). This room had not been rented out while I was there. The room was dirty also. The bathroom toilet seat and base was not clean. Also, the room appeared not have been swept for several days. I cleaned the bathroom toilet seat so I could use it. This site location does not have an office for customers to wait for service and/or nake inquires. There are no hotel telephones in the rooms. Customers have to walk-up to a window for service 24 hours a day. There us an atm machine outside next to walk-up window on the right side. To the left of the window is a liquor store.

I checked in to the hotel and within an hour and a half of me checking in, there were 8 Ontario Police cruisers detaining a suspect. There was a fight between the officers and the suspect and I checked out immediately! I also requested a refund of my money since I felt unsafe and they advise to contact Travelocity.

First, it’s not the greatest area but I’ve stayed in Barstow which is better, and it’s rough. There was no WiFi but it’s advertised, I couldn’t connect nor could my coworker. The towel situation was ridiculous, the floors were not clean, electrical outlets did not work. Lastly, at check out I had to wait for the front desk to”inspect” my room to get my $50 deposit back. I’ve never experienced someone having to go to my room to inspect it. First and last time you literally get what you pay for. Trash….

I booked this hotel for my son to have a restful and relaxing night before his medical board exams. Wrong decision. I felt bad that I chose this hotel. He was not able to sleep because of the loud noises and screaming. Will never return and I don’t recommend.

This is the second time I stay here. First time was about 5 years ago and it was a decent stay, clean, no issues. Nothing like this weekends experience. Checking in was easy. They take cash or debit deposit and receptionist was nice. They gave us room 217, first impression was “what’s that smell”. We start bringing in our stuff when we notice the chair still has crumbs from previous stay, fridge has a coffee spill and there’s ice cream in the freezer, used bar soap in the tub, and what seems to be pubes and unflushed remains in the toilet bowl. Big ew. I go downstairs and let the receptionist know and she is apologetic and offers to switch me rooms. We get 219, even worse. This room is even more outdated and worst of all the door wouldn’t lock. No key card needed, anyone could’ve come in at any time. Luckily I’m very thorough and caught this. Went back and asked to just get moved to the first room because I was just over it. It was ridiculous. All furniture in the room is outdated, microwave is the same, and just overall really dirty and unacceptable. Surrounding neighborhood is not bad and having the gas station, liquor store and Denny’s right outside is perfect but the sketchy gangsters hanging out in the parking lot past 2 am and the dirty room is a hell nah never again for me. Would definitely not recommend, will never be staying at this hotel or sister hotels ever again and honestly wish I could’ve canceled and got a refund.

Horrible. Room was discusting. Dirty towwels, dirty shower curtain, sticky floor. Roaches scattered when lights turned on. I reserved because of the "Wyndham" in the name and being close to the airport, boy was i fooled. Drove 3 blocks north and noticed a lot nicer area. To late to reserve another hotel. Drug use during the night hours. DON'T STAY HERE!! Loud all night long, drug use all over and right outside my door.

It was a convenient place to stay for our reason being in California. The room we stayed in didn't have drawers for your clothes. The clerk was very helpful.though and brought us hangers. Just need to fix rooms and pool. I think it was an on going process.

Close it down.
This place needs to be closed down. Drug deals in the parking lot. Filthy room. Gang graffiti in bathroom and etched in mirror. Furniture was broken, torn. Light fixture in bathroom coming out of ceiling. Floor tiles broken. Lobby closed. Spackle spots on walls. Clientele appear to be weekly/monthly renters. The furniture needs to be sent to the landfill. Almost called the Health Dept. Lucky for me, I only needed a one night stay. There is a liquor store and a Dennys that share the parking lot. I highly recommend that this property be removed from your booking site. I had always respected the Wyndham hotel name. This place is a disgrace.

There is nothing great about this property. The room was dirty, no amenities, patches in the walls with no paint, filthy carpet and bed spread. A coffee maker with no coffee, cups, etc. the office is used for maintenance repairs. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere nice.

Horrible stay
The hotel was not as what it was said on your site. There is no continental breakfast since it is under construction, pool is closed for good, there are alot of prostitute staying in the hotel asking for your business.The pimp of the prostitute was sleeping with manager in the office the first night we got there we walked past them as it was very see able to see it. I asked for a bottom floor since my husband is disabled and got told that is only for smoking however there is an elevator you can take to your room. We got stuck in the elevator waiting for it to open.

We planned to be here a week and checked out immediately. The carpets were dirty, the lights did it work, the mirror was broken and the clientele there was rough.

The only reason we stayed (primarily because other hotels were booked out for all the graduations in the area) was that the bed was actually comfortable, the sheets were clean and shower worked well. The rug had not been vacuumed in a while, there was dirt and dust around the sink, dirt or perhaps loose coffee grounds ( I didn't stop to find out) on the shelf in the open closet. No hangers to speak of ( we were there for graduation festivities), and towels and wash cloth for 1 person. There is also a liquor store at the entrance to the hotel parking lot. Fortunately we did not feel unsafe except for that first night, and were not bothered by outside noise, thankfully. We spent very little time in the room, so it sufficed, but I would not go there again.

The location is very close to the highway and it’s very noisy please look somewhere else. I believe windows are not properly sealed so you hear everything when vehicles are driving by.
