This hotel had so much to offer for a very affordable price. It exceeded my expectations! I would have given 5 stars but they wanted a cash deposit for pool towels and I found that very inconvenient. Maybe charge the room if they aren’t returned instead. I didn’t have enough cash on me for this. Their solution was to use the room towels. Terrible policy. But everything else was A

The towel many guests were using very badly as they were available for free and they did not value it. Many towels got used very poorly and unhygienically, to avoid these all and give the guests a good experience, we came up with the solution for charges. Everything is so expensive, we do not want to increase the room rates and punish the innocent guests also and we have ATM machine right next to front desk for convenience. This is a great location in Keene! The pool is beautiful, and we will definitely stay there again. It is an older property, but the staff maintain it very nicely! Everything was super clean, and we all agreed that the breakfast buffet was one of the nicest we have seen! The staff was very kind and helpful and obviously take pride in their hotel!

We were given a room at the end of the hotel and it seemed like there were people actually living in some of the adjacent rooms...there were liquor bottles and food thrown all over the area where the sliding glass doors to the room were. Complete filth. My wife and daughter did not like it one bit.

Check in was easy. Place is basic but clean. Great value for your money. The restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty decent too. We ordered takeout and ate in our room. Overall I would recommend as a good option for a budget hotel.

Everything was great. The breakfast was really good, a lot of space so no table shortage. We brought takeout dinner in that area and played Uno after. No one bothered us. 24/7 coffee, latte, calichino, tea, hot chocolate. Only complaint was for some strange reason NBC did not work on any of our room or lobby tvs so we had to watch the Sunday night football game on our phone.
