Hi Jo. Thanks for the great review. Our cabins don't have bathroom facilities. These are located in the nearby facilities block. If you ever stay again you could book the ensuite villas or deluxe villas which do have bathrooms.CheersTim

Hi Susan. So sorry you had this experience at our park. The 75 extra was an upgrade to a much better accommodation choice - Ensuite Unit which included it's own Bathroom and a bunkroom for kids (sleeps 4). The purpose of showing an image of the shared Bathroom on Expedia was to show what it was like and the description listed it as a shared bathroom. We have taken on board your feedback and now removed it from the images with just the description saying shared bathroom. We are not quite sure what you mean by us not being interested in Multigenerational Families as we have multiple accommodation options dedicated solely to this purpose including the motel and apartment. As these are quite popular they may have been booked out when you were wanting to stay. If you would like to discuss this further or have any other recommendations on ways we can improve please contact us through our website. I hope your grand kids had a good time here.Kind regardsTim
