Apartments in Hot Springs Village

"I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the Hot Springs. It was just a quick walk to Bathhouse Row. The room had a nice view of the hills and was a nice size. Two small complaints: the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers only dispensed a small amount of soap leaving a female with longer hair very frustrated as a tiny dollap of shampoo is not enough. Also, our room was cleaned, but there was still crumbs on the floor. They also charge $15 for breakfast. No thank you. "

"Mattress and pillows were hard. Room smelled heavily of bleach which did not dissipate over the 3 days that we were there. Breakfast terrible. Good points was location to quartz mine and price not bad. About 20 minutes to Hot Springs. "

"The property is centrally located and easy to get to. It’s clean and well maintained. Breakfast was typical fare and had variety."

"The pool wasnt open, but the staff was great, beds were comfy, and we had an afjoining balcony with my daughters room. Nice place right between the lake."
