The Hotel Hot Springs
Hope ( I should have gotten her last name but I did not) but she was the host at the front desk whom checked us in and she was excellent. She was kind efficient and just wonderful to work with. Her attention to customer service was exemplary. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs On the Lake
Front desk was very helpful and courteous. The room however was a little less than satisfactory. The furniture needs to be cleaned. There is a hole in the wall behind the sofa. The hair dryer is a fire hazard. The deadbolt on the door will not lock because door is out of alignment. Our bathroom had ...
