  • Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located Half way between Oaklawn Casino and Race track and Historic Downtown Hot Springs, This remodeled condo is sure to please anyone looking for convenience. We are in the midst of a soft grand opening just in time for a last minute Eclipse booking with full amenities to be added shortly. Enjoy a king sized bed and a nice living area. Multiple rooms available.

Clean and nicely decorated but….

Had to change rooms. The air conditioner did not work in the first unit. The water in the second unit did not get hot until after the second person took a shower then you couldn’t turn it down to warm. The road noise was a little loud. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. Our host responded to our questions very quickly.

Shower was tiny, I’m 6’1 200 lbs and barely fit in it. No counter space for my wife to do her make up and lighting in the whole place was not good. The bed was unlevel as our heads were lower than our feet. Very limited plugs to plug in devices and my cpap barely fit on the “nightstand “.
