The Beacon : Two King Suites : Resort Style Pool

Sweeping Waterfront views from this Eighth Floor Condo with lots of room for the whole family! This condo is located in the well-known Beacon Manor featuring top-of-the-line-amenities and one of THE Best Pool and Patio Areas in Hot Springs. Located right on the main channel of Lake Hamilton with Sunset views you will never forget! Featuring Two-King Bedrooms, each with an Ensuite. The Bunk Room for the Kiddo's is a Fun Nook w/ a Full bed and a Twin Bed. Close to All Things Hot Springs!

Two large bedrooms with King Beds both with a En-Suite and Walk-in closet.
Bunkroom has a full bed on the lower bunk and a twin on the top bunk but does not have a door.

There is no balcony or patio direct access. The windows do slide open.


Any use of the facilities, including lake access, is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Coast Guard recommends all children wear a life jacket when playing in or near the water.

Excellent stay at The Beacon! The Touchstay Guide was really handy and intuitive, all information was at our fingertips. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The pool area was nice and the grounds are well maintained; Beacon Manor management obviously takes pride in the facility. We enjoyed the gorgeous view, lounging by the pool, the covered parking, and the gated access. The location is ideal for all we wanted to do in Hot Springs, with shopping and restaurants close at hand. The host was communicative and handled our reservation flawlessly. We will definitely stay again!

Quiet, family friendly...relaxing with a beautiful view

The lakeview property overall, was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. There were some checking in issues, but the owner/manager responded to my email within minutes and the issue was very quickly resolved. She was wonderful! We appreciated the added security of needing a code to enter the gated property, the exterior door, as well as a code to enter the condo. Luggage carts and shopping carts were available at the entrances to ease unpacking a very full vehicle. When you first walk through the condo door, the immense amount of light and relaxing view that radiates through the wall of windows was breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked with the appliances and utensils that we needed, including coffee maker, beans, and pods. The washer and dryer is a must when traveling with a family of 5 including teens, so having that was much appreciated. The condo offered 2 very nice, large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. I do feel it is worth mentioning that the room with the bunk beds are housed in a nook sort of area. There is a doorway, but no door or curtain to achieve privacy or keep out the beautiful early morning summer sunshine if choosing to sleep in a bit. I think adding maybe even a curtain could alleviate the issue a bit. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed evenings just relaxing. Bubba Brews is in very close proximity and offered delicious food, drinks, and outdoor lakeside ambiance. Overall, we had a very lovely stay and highly recommend.
