The apartment has a full kitchen and huge living room; it will sleep up to 8 guests very comfortably. Enjoy the balcony overlooking Central Avenue! Definitely one of a kind! Perfect for family, friends, girls weekends! (New listing but we aren't new to hosting) Note: this apartment is on the 2nd floor above retail. Guest must be able to climb stairs for access.
