Perfection

This rental was perfect for our two families of 4. The kids enjoyed having their own space in the extra large bunk room with sitting area. Having 2 sets of washers/dryers was also so convenient after long lake days! The host answered all of our questions promptly and we had no issues during our stay! If we visit Hot Springs again we will definitely book here!

Great home with great amenities and good view

We met friends for a quick getaway. The venue was just as described. We were able to swim and fish. Kids enjoyed the room to play. We will definitely be back.

Luxurious Townhouse in Hot Springs

Beautiful property in a beautiful town. Perfect location, comfy furnishings, lovely decor. I recommend the property with the only con being its not great for lake swimming but the pool is clean and nice.

Beautiful condo and great host!

We just spent 6 days at Xanadu in Hot Springs and everything was perfect! Beautiful condo, great location, great pool and fire pit. On the 1st day we realized there was no grill at our condo, called them and the person we talked to was so helpful and got a brand new grill delivered the next morning! We highly recommend this location!

Lake Vacation

The Xanadu was perfect for our group of eight! The teens had plenty of space for fun and we had plenty of space to relax on our own separate deck and take in the beautiful lake scenery!

Beautiful condo near Lake Hamilton

The condo is near Lake Hamilton and a little further away from Hot Springs National Park, Adventure Cove, and Garvan Woodlands Gardens (15-20 minute drive). The condo itself is beautiful as it is very new and certainly very well-maintained. Our only issue with the place was some of the lights kept turning off. It seems to be a breaker issue. Anytime you used a patio light, the living room light would flicker and occasionally turn off. Thankfully there were other lights throughout the place that kept this issue from being a real issue. The owner wasn't as responsive by email but was easy to get ahold of once I found their number. The place only had a shared swimming pool. No grill or outdoor water equipment to use so just something to consider if you are looking at a getaway for grilling or hoping to do any lake activities.

Great stay!

The condo was awesome! It is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for the three couples staying. The balcony overlooking the water was a perfect spot enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely chose to stay here again. Super nice property!

Picture perfect townhome!

We loved staying in this town home! It is beautifully put together and had lots of room for all our family. The outdoor porches on each of the three levels are such cute places to visit. The third floor has its own little coffee area and a washer and dryer with another washer and dryer on the bottom level. Our boys loved sleeping in the built-in double bunk beds. We hope to stay again!
