Lakeview Getaway A - quiet and centrally located to Hot Springs amenities.

This gorgeous newly built and newly furnished duplex is a perfect spot for a couple’s romantic getaway or fun for your entire family. This secluded modern home is nestled between beautiful Lake Hamilton and a tranquil stream running along the property. Centrally located in a prime location in Hot Springs, 12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming and Historic Downton Hot Springs.

When you walk into this gorgeous open concept home, you will be invited by a large living room, with comfortable, updated furniture, large flat screen smart TV, for streaming your favorite channels and free WIFI. Then the fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, 2 bar stools and table, with seating for 4. It has it all, you only need to bring your food. A stack washer/dryer is available for your use as well. The bedrooms are just off the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and on-suite bathroom, with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds, that can sleep 4 comfortably. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo is off the hallway. Enjoy a relaxing outside covered deck, that sets alongside the creek, with a charcoal grill, patio seating, and outdoor firepit.

It’s the perfect getaway for whatever your needs are, couples or families. If you’re coming to fish, boat, kayak or just a quiet relaxing getaway we offer the lodging for all those needs. The convenience of our Lakeside Getaway makes boat launching sites just a few miles away. There is ample parking to park your boat trailer as well. Whether you want to spend the day out on the lake or just time relaxing on the large deck, it has it all. Bring your family, friends, tubes, boat, fishing gear, or kayaks and visit the historic town of Hot Springs for the most memorable vacation ever! Lakeside Getaway has it all!

If you need more room, please see our Lakeview Getaway - B. We have an almost identical home available for rent, at a discounted rate, if you rent both. Please let me know if you have any questions with booking both homes. They will sleep 14 together.

Please Note: Lake Hamilton lowers the water levels during November to March. Still accessible just a lower level.

There are security cameras outside, near the front door only as a deterrent. This is only to protect the property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere INSIDE the property. Feel free to use the outdoor space.

Dogs are welcome. The maximum amount is 2 and it is a one-time $75 pet fee that covers the entire stay.

Vacation with Grandkids

House was everything we needed for a small vacation with our grandkids to the Hot Springs area. Location was great for everything we had planned! Will definitely stay here again on any trips to Hot Springs.

Great place centrally located to the bath house row and the non-tourist portion of the town. The house was very clean, good furnishings, and a nice stay for our family.

Peaceful location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was quiet and the kids loved playing in it! The kids also loved the bunk beds! Overall we would stay again no complaints from us!

Family vacation

We had a good trip. I thought from the pictures we would be on the water or closer to the water. Checkin instructions were sent to us while we were driving to the place which made it a little stressful. It was a super cute rental, very comfortable. The room where my kids were one of the windows was unlocked and we didn’t see it until the second night.

We had such a wonderful experience with this property! The owner was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and they truly made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and easy to work with. Highly recommend both the property and the owner—we would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We had a great stay. The property was as expected from the listing. It had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful. We cooked most mornings for breakfast and gilled on the back patio area several times. 10/10 we would gladly stay again.

Wonderful place!

The house was only about a ten minute or so drive to Bath house row. It is very convenient to all the attractions out there! When we arrived the house was impeccable! Kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal. There is a coffee pot and they do provide filters and coffee. The washer and dryer was nice to have as well! The bedrooms were spacious. The fan in the living room was really cool and gorgeous! The deck outside was great to sit out in the morning listening to the creek and birds while drinking coffee! Definitely a place I would book again!! Communication with the owners was very easy with quick responses.

Nice and clean place, location and water access didn’t meet expectations

The house is cute and clean. Don’t expect to be able to access the water from their dock, unless you have a boat. Once in the water, you also can’t get out. The location is remote, but we were able to take the family to a nearby beach. We still enjoyed our time.

Relaxing

Traveling with family for a short spring break get away. Condo located right by lake and is easy to find. Condo itself is new with very good finishes and very roomy for our family of five. We have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years and this by far was one of the best. Thanks for the great stay and I hope we get back soon!
