Great stay in Hot Springs!

We had an excellent stay at this property on Lake Hamilton. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Our kids loved the dock and we got to take a few kayak rides to see wildlife - lots of ducks, geese, and turtles were around during our visit. We also loved the room overlooking the lake - great views morning and night!Getting to stores, restaurants, and downtown Hot Springs was a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Place!

Super clean and quiet neighborhood with privacy. Not squeezed up against neighbors houses. Super friendly host and beautiful view of water. We were able to pull our boat straight up to the house. Will be back!

Relaxing Weekend

The property is just what we wanted in a vacation property. The kitchen was fully stocked. It worked well with 6 adults all being in the kitchen at the same time. The view of the lake was spectacular. The great room was amazing with electric recliners. It was easy access to town and the highway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to others.

The house is lovely. However, the house rules are a little unreasonable. I did not know that checkout time was 10am. This is way too early. There was no coffee or bottled water available. View is very nice from the sunroom.

Location is okay. House was nice, for safety reasons, I would not let kids swim off the dock, water was really dirty with trash and huge sticks and logs. The boat dock is also not available for a personal use. Other than that, house was nice and clean everything you needed. I think for the price you could find a better property.

Perfect views

Great views in a lovely house. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfy, and really enjoyed the kayaks. Convenient to national park, places to eat, places to golf, and different lakes. We very much enjoyed our first trip to Arkansas.
