Hot Springs Get Away

A great family place

This was the perfect place for my family and I. I cooked our meals, the kitchen had what was needed to do that. We spent the mornings sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We brought our boat and it was super convenient to have a boat slip.We hope to stay here again.

The unit was on the lake and had great views. Although it was in a quiet area, it was minutes to stores and restaurants. There was only one tv and no instructions for operation.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, with two large bedrooms that can accommodate a pack and play or trundle bed. The balcony overlooking the boat dock and lake was my favorite spot. Plenty of room for the family to gather, drink/eat while taking in the view. 15ish mins depending on traffic to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, and Hill Wheatley Park for lake swimming. Boat rentals are nearby as well, though we had to cancel our reservation due to the wind. I would stay here again.

Good location. Close and convenient parking. Kitchen is obviously dated and all the contents are no different. (Never did find kitchen garbage bags or measuring cups.) The water heater needs a break after two showers. Disappointed by the lack of communication… one morning a random person showed up on the deck to apparently work on it.

The condo was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and would have needed had we cooked. The views were spectacular and the firework show was amazing. My grand daughter loved it. Oh and the bottle of wine was a lovely gift and was enjoyed.

We so enjoyed our eight day stay. It was perfect. We even got to meet the owners and they were delightful! We especially loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats (and geese/ducks/blue herons) on the lake!

The View

We had an amazing view of the water and the wild life. I woke up early just to see the sky light up and the steam on the lake. We saw deer and ducks; it was very serene. You will love this place. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Property was great. Really appreciated the balcony view. Property manager was very kind with great suggestions. Did not appreciate having to pay a big fee for cleaning yet was expected to clean the condo before departing. Did not make sense
