Delightful 2-bedroom Cottage in Hot Springs

Our Cottage is in the city limits of Hot Springs and 1 mile to the main part of town. It is perched on a bluff overlooking the French Broad River Valley. The interior furnishings are cozy and comfortable with central HVAC and a gas fireplace with a remote. Large spa/hot tub, come soak under the stars! 3 1/2 miles down River Rd. is National Forest land with a park on the French Broad with 2 fishing piers, pic-nic and grilling area and pavilion. Our home is well stocked for your comfort with comfortable beds, nice linens, TV, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, charcoal grill, and a lovely porch to sit and take in the view. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. It's located in a perfect spot that close to the center of Hot Springs, but far enough away to enjoy getting back to nature.
Inquire about our pet rules if you plan to bring a pet. Please no super shedding dogs such as Huskies and German Shepherds.

Awesome stay

We have stayed at several Vrbo homes and this was definitely very accurate to the pictures and better than expected. Very clean, quiet and everything we had hoped for. Very close to the cute friendly town of Hot Springs. Would highly recommend.

Convenient Yet Quiet

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was convenient to everything in Hot Springs and to several hikes we planned to do, but it was also quiet and peaceful. The property owner Deb was very helpful and proactive in her communication and offered lots of advice on things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Relaxing dog-friendly country cottage

My wife and I and our dog really enjoyed our long weekend at Deb's cottage. Excellent communication pre-arrival, flawless checkin, sparkling clean house, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, detailed information on the house and the surrounding area all made for a relaxing stay near Hot Springs. Hopefully it's available next time we're planning a visit to the area!

Clean and comfortable

We loved how clean and close to Hot Springs this home was. The view from the front porch was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but I’m sure it would have been nice. The home was close to two spots to access the Appalachian Trail allowing us easy access for some great hiking.

Perfect family getaway!

Deb's place was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. The space was just right. The house was very clean and well equipped! The location is perfect - across from the river, close to the AT and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub at night when it cooled off outside too. Bathrooms can be tricky in rentals but the bathroom at Deb's house is really nice (and had great water pressure in the shower which is hard to come by!) I would definitely stay here again!

Property as described. Older house nicely updated. Communication and checkin process very easy. Well stocked. Hot tub very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Very convenient to town and spa. Can;t see the river but could hear it. Bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms. A little bit of an issue with friends but probably not a big deal for families. Would stay again.

Mountain View cottage

The property was as described in the description and the view of the mountains are beautiful. This cottage was perfect size for my wife and I. We enjoyed the neat little town of Hot Springs and learning the history. We walked through town and everyone was nice and friendly. The only thing is if you need to stop by the grocery store make sure you do on your way to the property. We had to drive an additional 40 minutes out of our way to get groceries.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We were very pleased with the setup, cleanliness & amenities included with this vacation rental. There were so many nice touches like coffee provided & robes for the hot tub. Plenty of towels & toilet paper we’re great as well. Clear descriptions of how to arrive & depart/checkout. The host is great with communication. You can’t beat the beautiful front porch view & we loved the gorgeous flowers also. This was our second stay & definitely plan to return again in the future! No complaints whatsoever.

Wonderful Location!

What a clean & well equipped rental! Everything needed & more! Well laid out for many! 2 adult couples, a small family, group of friends, etc. Nice yard space & the hot tub was lovely! Also, you cannot beat how close you are to town! Such a quick & easy drive. If you're looking for something else to do other than the mineral baths ... Do not miss Llamas of Hot Springs! What an awesome experience! Lastly - go to Iron Horse! Delicious!!
