    This Property is Perfect for 2 Couples or a Family of 4. The Kitchen, Dining, Living and Sunroom are Open allowing Great Space to Gather with Family and Friends! The Primary Bedroom features a King Bed, Huge Ensuite Bathroom (with a Soaker Tub and Separate Shower), Bedside Tables with Reading Lamps, a Walk-In Closet and a Smart TV.     Guests have Full Access to ALL Amenities at Sunbay Resort including a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Playground and Sauna! There are Boat Slips for your Boat as well as Boat Trailer Storage. Your Professional Hosts are Lisa and Melissa. We are local and available during your stay if you need something! We prefer to communicate through the app, but once you book, you will have our cell phone numbers. You can message, text or call us at anytime! Service Animals are allowed.

    Please Note: This is a condominium complex. Expect to hear noise from other condos. Walls are shared. This is not a stand alone unit. Thanks!
