"Rooms not very clean carpet had food crumbs, bathroom had a magic eraser left. Patio entry door locks did not work. "

"I messed up and read the reservation confirmation incorrectly. I thought when it said at the beginning of the confirmation notice “2 events” that meant two days and didn’t read on further that I was only confirmed for one night. We wound up with our belongings on the deck at 3:45 PM Sat & had to get a motel room 1nite. "
