"The room needed a thorough cleaning. The floors had dirt on them and stains. The smell in the room was terrible and caused an allergic reaction. It smelled like chemicals. I would never return to this motel. "

"We had a great time staying at the property, everything was freshly cleaned and prepared when we arrived and the hosts were kind and understanding. I think the stand out feature was definitely the hot tub, but even beyond that we enjoyed relaxing inside, watching movies, and walking around the Waterville area which was very scenic. Something to know before booking is that the neighbors properties are very close to the house and although we had no issues with sound carrying there are houses right next door. Overall it made for a great friend get away!"

"The house was fully supplied, more kitchen tools then we have seen in other nightly rentals. Although we were there for a quick family trip in the winter...we enjoyed what we could. So no reviews on the outdoor activiites. It was appropriate and roomy and had extra blankets and pillows too. Host did a great job communicating with us. "
