"Beautiful Home! We were very impressed with the quality of the home, furnishing, beautiful decor, amenities, and cleanliness of the space. The house was very comfortable and cozy with just the right beachy touches! The use of the golf cart was great and very convenient as was having use of the community the pool. We thought that the kitchen was well appointed, however, I would make one minor suggestion, when people come to vacation at the beach or bay, most will want to cook some seafood or fish. A large steamer pot would have been very useful along with a couple of large serving platters. Also, a FLY SWATTER! We eventually found one and purchased it for the house! The next family will find it useful :) We were sad that it was just way too hot to use the firepit in the evenings, but the outdoor space was lovely, and the landscaping was beautiful. Overall, we loved this home and everything about it! Looking forward to coming back sometime soon! "

"We had an absolute blast over Memorial Day weekend! The house was the perfect getaway — peaceful, relaxing, and full of little adventures. The pier was a highlight for us. We caught 3 stingrays, 2 eels, fish, crab, and even oysters — such a fun variety that kept us on our toes!It was also such a treat to bring our dogs along and include our fur family in the fun. We enjoyed dinner every night in the screened-in patio and sipped coffee each morning on the upstairs deck — just the kind of relaxing time we needed.Conveniently located too — Walmart was only about 20 minutes away for anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back again!Great host- endured we were taken care of! "

"We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. "

"The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. The WiFi was not correct-the links that popped up were not in sync w/what was in the binder of info. When reached out to property manager for both entry inquiry and wifi, he was not quick to respond. Finally calling him, his wifi knowledge was incorrect. I feel if you all update the inside, clean, and fix wall (perhaps coming apart due to salt air?), along with fresh paint, you could rock this place as the proximity to Cape Charles sites is great. Otherwise, not too bad.The price was right comparitively."
