"Die Wohnung hat mir und meiner Enkelin nicht gefallen. Zu dunkel, nicht gemütlich, direkt hinter der Haustüre das erste Bett, nur zwei Frühstücksteller, Besteckschublade nicht sauber, Spülbecken nicht sauber, im Bad unter dem Waschbecken fehlen die Fliesen, die normalen Fernsehprogramm ARD, ZDF, usw., konnten nicht eingestellt werden ein Fön ist auch in den besseren Fewos vorhanden, hier nicht,insgesamt nicht gut und viel zu teuer."

None of them were warm and friendly but they were all fully competent and very effective at their jobs. So I can't say the service was great but neither can I say it wasn't.
