  • The bright, welcoming one-room apartment “Flut” in Hörnum on Sylt combines a cosy atmosphere with practical amenities—ideal for those on a tight budget who still value comfortable accommodation.

The fold-out bed can be unfolded in a flash, transforming the room into a cosy sleeping area. The inviting couch area with a smart TV offers the perfect spot to relax and watch TV, while the sleeper sofa even has room for a child if needed. A dining table in the living area and a separate, small kitchen with its own dining space ensure maximum flexibility for meals. The apartment is rounded out by a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi and a free parking space are included. A coin-operated washing machine is available for shared use.

Special feature: The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a magnificent view over the dunes. Directly below is the identical “Ebbe” apartment, accessible via the same stairwell. The “Inselkoje” apartment is also located in the same building entrance. Perfect for group stays with family or friends.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the nearby Steintal/Campingplatz bus stop makes it easy to explore Sylt.

Hörnum itself offers local dining, a harbour, and wide beaches—whether you’re taking a walk on the beach, cycling along the dunes, or simply relaxing. The apartment is a practical and comfortable base for your holiday on Sylt.

The Berliner Ring apartment complex is located on the street of the same name in the heart of Hörnum. The apartments in this complex stand out for their excellent floor plans and central location.
