"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this establishment was deeply disappointing from start to finish. While the building is a converted convent, the "charm" of the historical setting is completely overshadowed by poor management and a lack of basic hygiene. The Room and Facilities The rooms are essentially old monastic cells—which would be fine if they were clean and well-maintained.
