10/10 Excellent

"Great staff, literally located on the beach. Parksville community park is a beautiful 5 min boardwalk away - our kids loved this park as it has so many cool things to play with that you usually don’t find at playgrounds. Our room was clean and ready before check in so that was a great! They even helped us stay an extra night without having to switch rooms. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely be coming back!"

"Park is VERY family friendly, everything everywhere. Rooms are fully stocked with kitchen equipment for a comfortable stay, stove, BBQ, oven mitts. Everything is well used but not run down. Buildings are all painted with beautiful murals AND the artists are all given credit!! I was so happy to see the plaques with the artists info on them!"

"The accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. Extras that you don’t often find. The pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and very nice. The restaurant served excellent food with excellent customer service. Waterfront views and beach access across the street. There is no elevator but staff will gladly help with luggage if need be. I would love to return sometime!"

"The hotel was outdated, tired and rundown, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and air conditioning and mini fridge worked well. It accomplished what it needed to do. It wouldn't have taken much to empty the garbage cans outside the front lobby ( they were full and overflowing the entire 3 days we were there."
