"The staff were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a smooth check in and felt very comfortable in our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. During our stay they had about 14 in of snow fall which made all the mountains even more dramatic and beautiful. The nearby restaurants were great and walkable. We would love to stay again when we return ro New Zealand. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Great spot, so close to Twizel. Beautiful room and really nice big kitchen area and a guest lounge. We made use of the kitchen to cook our supper and enjoyed the continental breakfast (eggs were provided, so we even cooked some eggs). Mary was a very welcoming host and would stay there again (and recommend to friends)"

"Our room was renovated recently, and the designers had thought through the details well. Spotlessly clean. The welcome was friendly. Easy to walk into town plus food trucks across the road. "

"Hotel is in the perfect location. Highly suggest stopping at the market for food because options are very limited. Also note the rooms don’t have refrigerators but there are several large ones in the common area. "

"This place exceeded my expectations! I initially thought it would be more like a lodge or motel, but it turned out to be beautifully luxurious and incredibly cozy. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is spacious and well-appointed. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only slight downside is that the view isn’t particularly impressive, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommended! 🌟"
