Auf den Fotos sehr schön. In Realität leider etwas abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Internetverbindung langsam und instabil. Hatten drei Tage lang gar kein Internet im Haus. Hundehaare in den Teppichen und Polstermöbeln. Hundekot und Zigarettenstummel im Garten/auf der Terrasse. Hot Tub nicht funktionsfähig. In der Sauna gibt es kein Licht. Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft, etc. Es gibt auch keine Infomappe vor Ort. Man muss sich alle mühsam selbst zusammensuchen und herausfinden wie die Dinge funktionieren. Zum Glück ist der Ansprechpartner vor Ort sehr nett und bemüht, aber die Organisation dahinter (Belvilla) ist schlecht und reagiert auf Anfragen nur sehr sehr langsam und ist nicht wirklich interessiert Probleme zu lösen. Schade um das schöne Haus. So wie wir es erlebt haben passt der Preis überhaupt nicht zu dem was man bekommt.
