This historic home was originally The Martinique bar and was converted to a home in 1982.
In 2014 the entire home was completely gutted and rebuilt.
Each bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, so you’ll be comfortable year-round. After a day of adventure, unwind in the bathroom’s full bathtub.
Guests have their own private entrance and exclusive use of the entire top-floor apartment. The homeowner resides on the separate downstairs level, ensuring both privacy and convenience.
Enjoy direct lake access with a shared backyard dock—perfect for fishing, swimming, or setting out on one of the available kayaks and paddleboards.
