Although the hotel looks very basic, it was fully stocked and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again

Just an overnighter before flight. Helpful & friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant. Could not figure the transport to hotel from T5, but cab was easy.

A cheap hotel for staying night before. Its outdated and needs a good refurbishment. Extremely noisy. Thin walls, banging doors. Bars expensive so we went across the road to Premier inn The shop is ludicrous..Charges £3 for a standard chocolate bar. Just goto the garage if needed. Plus point the pod access. Won't be staying again.

Room was exceptionally hot when first entering. No openable windows. Had to quickly work out the air con to make it bearable. Slight smell in room which was enhanced by the heat.

We had to move twice due to no water to our room. Inconvenient at 9:00 at night. Rooms are a bit tired and the property exterior could use a refresh. But, staff at checkin were able to accommodate our early arrival and were very pleasant. Very convenient to go to terminal 5. Will stay again.

Not having a family room available on the ground floor. Not having a lift to get to the second floor. Being offered a room on both floors to be told that the floor we wanted was unavailable. A.C not working. Room was small dirty.Wardrobe doors didn’t close. Bathroom too small and unclean. The restaurant food was good.

Property has decided to charge for parking that is £15 over night - when challenged about the charges the manager was rude and said could park on the main road that is limited to 2 hours - very poor experience

I liked the pod which takes you directly to and from the hotel. I didn’t use any restaurant facilities so cannot comment. The bed was very comfortable and the room fairly quiet considering it’s so close to the airport. My only criticism was my hairdryer was faulty and overheated just before I was going to check out so couldn’t dry my hair unfortunately but the receptionist was very accommodating and helpful.

Property was cleaned every day room was average little tired but fine for what i needed. No bar as it was being renovated and restaurant was average at best. Local amenities are non existent and difficult to find. What was unacceptable was a pint was £10,, a bottle of coke £5. I know this is London but absolutely outrageous

This place was good for getting the job done and for the convenience of being right next to the airport. But, it ain't the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination. We picked this place based on reviews and because we needed a place to stay before our flight the next day and we did not want to stay too far from the airport in central London. The room was ok, but looked rundown. I saw extensive caulking in the bathroom that made it look like a budget rental apartment in Chicago. But, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, shower was hot, and the room came with a hot water kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Overall, I would still recommend this place if all you are looking for is a convenience hotel nearby the airport, but don't expect much or expect to be impressed.

Good transport to Terminal 5 via the pod (£8 per person), or bus service on main road outside hotel. Restaurant open till 10pm and bar till 11pm. Very nice to have a bath as well as shower facility.

The room was a good size with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable. Why no where in bathroom to hang towels. If you arrived by bus when you enter tge site there no sign telling you where reception is.

Great checkin staff very friendly and accommodating. There is a pod shuttle service right to Heathrow Terminal 5, really took alot of stress off of me. Room is no frills but had everything I needed for a clean shower and good nights sleep!

I took a Pod there from Term 5. For £8. it was the fastes and cheapest. the room was clean and had tea coffee free water and sparkling water. Only down side was no outlet at head of bed. had to stretch Cpap Chord but it worked
