I spent 7 nights at The Social Hub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaners did clean the rooms everyday but after cleaning and mopping, there was a urine smell in the room. It seems like a dirty mop was used to mop the floors. There was rats running in the front of the hotel late at night. Also the laundry was a total mess, there were dirty clothes thrown everywhere, the floors were dirty. There was also construction going on.
It was just a bad time to stay at the hotel. Would I recommend this hotel to friends and family? Likely not. I rate this hotel 3 stars.
