Honolulu Harbor Tours and Activities

It was newly renovated which was great. And the staff were helpful and greeted me when they saw me every morning. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but the coupon was a great deal for the hotel

The room was clean, outdated a bit and the shower pretty much floods the bathroom when used. The balcony isn't usable very sketchy. The pool was great . Everyone that works here is very nice and accommodating 😊 I do have to say the valet is for small cars only. I unexpectedly had to pay $95 a day to park a Yukon. 😱

The security was ok. It was a heavy set staff member at the front desk that had no answers every time I went to ask a question and was very rude. Parking was HORRIBLE. The room was EXTREMELY dirty. It was black mold in the shower head, dirty dishes, moldy smelling blankets and dirt spots everywhere with old food. I went to the front desk and the gentleman said it was nothing he can do. The cherry on top, I had to pay a 300$ cleaning fee.
