Like most places in Vietnam, maintenance is a bit of an issue. However, breakfast was great and staff were truly helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Hotel was very close to shops, restaurants, Train Street and the lake.

I can say that I have traveled to Hanoi more than a dozen times as my wife is from there and we will not stay anywhere else going forward. Staff is amazing the breakfast is 1st class and the rooms are 5 star. Staff does everything to make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive until you depart.
