The staff were truly outstanding - so helpful and kind. They did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay and time in Vietnam - helping with activities and ensuring our comfort both inside and outside of the hotel. The location was great and right in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter, yet the rooms were quiet and a great get away.

Room was comfortable and clean. However, roads are very narrow, you will not be dropped off at the hotel. So don't book here if you have a lot of luggage
