The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I loved our stay here! Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were cheerful and kind. We ordered dinner and also ate at the buffet— Everything was delicious! Really, no complaints from us. We definitely recommend staying at Aliana Boutique and Spa.

Excellent customer service, clean facility. Convenient and walkable to nearby attractions. Great infinity rooftop pool and laundry service. The only downfall is the room is very small and the breakfast is very basic. Other than that, everything else was good.
