Wolff Heim - Historic Country Home in D'Hanis

  • Enjoy the peace and quiet of country living in this fully renovated 3BR/3.5BA historic rock home originally built in the 1880s. The living room features plenty of seating with a separate area for games/puzzles. 16 inch rock walls separate the kitchen which has modern touches and a special coffee station as well as a washer/dryer area. A large sun room at the back has an 8 ft. table made from old beams from the house. There's also a day bed and a half bath. The downstairs bedroom contains a king size bed with its own bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, and a balcony with a view and a breeze. Kids can explore the house and find a few surprise "cubbies" just right for some reading time or a good nap. The house is situated with numerous vacation sites in any direction including Concan and the Frio River, Garner Park, Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Come and take a step back in time...
