"When you e arrive to our room I noticed the counters were not clean you could see cup ring and ketchup on the counter. Dirt on the shower. Not the cleanest place"

"The room was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. You could walk to the Manatee park. A 7/11 is right next door. And a Publix in in the next block. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Very clean room, delightfully comfortable bed, and excellent showerhead! The only problem (which I forgot to tell front desk at checkout, it was pouring and I was focused on getting on the road sooner) was the refridgerator door does not shut closed. Fortunately, I was only there for the night and did not need it (another reason it slipped my mind). Given they take incidental holds, the front desk should know if a room has a broken appliance or fixture and not assign it to a guest. The evening and morning clerks were professional and friendly. . . Especially the morning. "

"The restaurant and dock next door were pretty, as pictured, and there was a gorgeous view out of the room window, but the hotel itself was shady. It was old, dirty, dilapidated, and falling apart. Rusty lights, caulking on the floor, door jambs were rotting out. Four locks on the door, some of which did not work. For $120, I would have expected something a little less ancient. Room did have hardwood floors, and the hotel staff was very nice."
