Recently remodeled home in Old Homosassa. Almost an acre corner lot overlooking the vast bay. This is a large four-bedroom, two baths. We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. All the furnishings are high-end. The property has a screened lanai room, oversized deck patio with gas grill, table chairs, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio with table/chairs. Boat tie-up area. Floating dock area for kayaks. Truly a fisherman's paradise.
Sit in the lanai room or the boathouse and watch the Manatees and Dolphins. You can fish or crab right off the dock—four Kayaks and one Canoe available. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. DIRECT ACCESS TO RIVER AND GULF. Less than 1 mile to the boat ramp, Mc Rae's, Freezer, Shelly's Fish House, Old Mill, Shed, and Riverside Resort.
