Have it all at this beautiful waterfront Homosassa home close to all amenities.

  • This newly renovated waterfront home is a boating and nature lovers paradise. It includes a boat house with attached game room, screened pool, screened wrap around porch, fire pit, private playground and 6 kayaks. All with beautiful views of the river and preserved state lands. Take a kayak ride 20 minutes to the springs to enjoy the manatees and dolphins. Stop in at a restaurant overlooking the water on the way. You will also enjoy the inside of the home with updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV’s, board games and stylish furnishings. Please note: It’s necessary to pass under the Halls River Bridge in order to get to the gulf. The bridge has a 6 foot clearance.
