"Everything about this experience was excellent! From the valet to the concierge to the check-in person, there was a warmth and sense of pride working for and on behalf of the hotel. We have traveled the world and stayed in the best hotels, but this is by far, the best experience ever."

"The location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and orderly. There was a bit of noise from the apartment above (footsteps traveled), so I'd recommend a sound machine. The host communicated frequently but not thoroughly and left some instructions out of the messages (such as the WiFi info, which I had to reach out and ask for). It would also be nice for the host to supply coffee filters for the coffee maker. These are small details but, otherwise, it was a great location and a fine place to stay for one night in Baltimore."
