Cozy Cove Inn is located within Homer city limits in the beautiful quiet Crestview Estates, just a scenic two mile drive up onto Skyline Drive; about 5 miles from the spit. The Inn looks out over fields, Cape Douglas, Kachemak Bay State Park, and Kachemak Bay. Depending on the time of year, lupins are blooming, or bright fireweed with many other colorful wildflowers. During the summer, you can easily take a variety of walks; during colder months, you can go cross-country skiing right off the deck. Homer Alaska is filled with lots of wonderful outdoor activities.

The Main House is available year round as a private Vacation Rental. Couples enjoy it for a completely secluded, peaceful retreat. It is also nice for two couples, families, or a few friends gathering during special times. Enjoy the great room with high cathedral ceilings, rock wall and fireplace along with sunlit deck including bbq, outdoor dining, and adirondack chairs. You'll love the big, beautiful, well stocked kitchen with hickory cabinets and granite countertops. Next to that sits a large family sized oak dining table with 4 leafs.

There is a total of two large bedrooms and six beds in The Main House. The master bedroom is furnished with a gorgeous Amish king size bed, dresser, large screen TV, entertainment center, and a big bathroom with jetted tub, shower, and separating door. Perfect for a couple but a twin aerobed can also be configured. The second floor bedroom has a remote control tempurpedic queen, two twin beds, a bathroom with shower and granite counter tops, along with entertainment center and love seat. Outside of that door in the loft is a nice quality twin Japanese futon. The Main House also has a laundry room with half bath. Plus a beautiful outdoor Scandinavian type sauna, and during the winter months you can park your car in the garage out of the cold.

Check in was very easy and host left cookues and made us feel very welcomed. Bery high wnd appliances in great condition. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. All furniture was very relaxing and plenty of places to sit. Juccizzi tub and sauna were nice to use. Fully functional kitchen that we used often. Loved the little extras like fresh ground coffee, biscotti, hand lotion, shampoo, creme rinse, body wash, scented candles, really nice large load washer and dryer. Best of all was the Fantastic views from all the windows and from sitting on the deck. Grill was also a nice addition for cooking. Landscape around the house was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and would absolutely love to stay here again. Macella is a wonderful host. 10 out of 5!! Rhank you.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Marcella is the perfect host. Property and location everything we had hoped for. Communication was excellent. We haven't told her yet, but we're hoping to return in a couple of years. If you're worried that the property is not as advertised... DON'T. Property is everyting the photos show.

Perfect Getaway

The Main House at Cozy Cove Inn was an wonderfully relaxing stop in an epic vacation. The house was not only perfectly stocked with everything we needed and more, the quality of everything in the house was amazing. I miss that king-sized tempurpedic bed already! We had a lot of fun in Homer, but with the house being so nice, we carved out a day to just be "home." Thank you, Marcella, for many wonderful memories in your beautiful house!

THE BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at. Beautiful home, so clean, so new and gorgeous gardens.

We have traveled for over 40 years and this is #1 of all of them. The owner is so nice and her home is the home we all wish we could live in. So Clean, so current, and a great location. Close to downtown but far enough from the noise. And the price is extremely reasonable. This is where you need to stay.

Beautiful and well kept property!

Gorgeous home inside and outside!! The owner really takes pride in taking care of the property on the inside and outside. We felt very comfortable like we were at home. It was nice and warm inside the house. Beds were comfortable. It was a great 11 days, 10 nights spent in a beautiful, comfortable home!! Would definitely go back there!

Amazing house, Amazing view!!!

This was the perfect getaway for a Thanksgiving dinner. A large kitchen and gorgeous house. The winter sunset in Homer is breathtaking. We were more than pleased with everything.

Beautiful home with fantastic kitchen and lots of space. Quiet yet convenient.

Beautiful upscale home. Our group made meals and grilled out on the large deck. Ample supply of upscale linens, towels etc. Nicest of several home we stayed at while in Alaska. Owner very helpful.

beautiful home

I stayed in Cozy cove inn Main house for two days. It was an airy, bright and woody home. Maybe it doesn't have the best view on the hilltop, but it was one of the best place I have stayed. (I have been stayed in over 20 properties from vacasa to airbnb). Very beautiful home and everything feels new. Marcella's decoration for the home makes it very functional, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped with highend appliances. Plenty high quality places and bowls. There are sofas in different shape in the living space with sonos speakers easy to connected. The deck is open and edgeless, it overlooks the mountains at the end of the sight with a wide slice bay view. The well maintained garden offers the tranquility enticing you to a mountai top yoga. Well, I don't want to over speak in the comments, but obviously it has been 5 star reviewed in TripAdvisor for years. I didn't know it as I booked it from homeaway.
