- Brand New Duplex. With Ocean views!! This bottom floor rental has one bedroom with a king-sized bed, & in the living room there is a sofa with a pullout bed. A full bathroom down the hall w/a shower. This stunning full-sized unit features a living room with beautiful sofa & chairs. A dining room & a small but fully stocked kitchen. This rental has a 6-person hot tub (on ground level) for luxury soaks while gazing at the beautiful sunsets. **check on availability of hot tub** we charge a $50.00 for a cleaning fee WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS AT THIS RENTAL
