"We knew we were in for a lovely stay at this farmhouse before we even arrived, as Juli's texts were so friendly and kind. The location is peaceful, as it's outside the urban area, but it's close enough to walk. (We even took the local bus to Kiel for the day - very convenient!) The apartment is very large, with more than enough room for two people and two cats. We hardly even used one of the bedrooms, as all of the "living" occurred in the dining area and on the sofa for TV time in the evening....

"Everything was excellent. The motel was very convenient to the ferry terminal , train station. Supermarket was just across the street. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was absolutely spotless, the cleaners do a terrific job. Very modern furnishings. Bonus was the buffet breakfast which was included in the price. Overall an excellent place to stay. "

"Meine Ankunft wurde vergessen, mit einem Anruf musste ich daran erinnern, dass die Schlüsselübergabe stattfinden sollte. Die Klospülüng hat zuerst nicht funktioniert, die Eigentümerin meinte dann das Thema sei bekannt. Vorgewarnt wurden wir allerdings nicht und mussten erstmal 2 Std versuchen jmd zu erreichen. Nach dem Rückruf der Eigentümerin kam Sie dann vorbei und konnte reparieren. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, dies hat die Eigentümerin versucht telefonisch mit Ihrem Sohn zu organisieren....

"Easy to stay at hotel 1 block from the train station. A little cramped but clean and staff spoke adequate English and were helpful when needed. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Close to all public transport. Take advantage of the 9 E pass to use most public transit in Germany while you can. That's quite a help to satisfy your wanderlust."
