"We found that, being two people in their 70’s with mobility issues, the house was not as comfortable as we envisaged. The family bathroom upstairs had 2 deep steps down into it, so we did not use any of the first floor. The sofas were quite low in the lounge, and the downstairs shower cubicle was quite tight - the property is lovely and spacious, and it has a lovely sunny garden. It is a 15 minute walk into Holt town. If you don’t have mobility issues this property would be a comfortable base."

"We visited the cottage as we were celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary and our beautiful dog Bella's 4th birthday! The cottage was quirky and beautiful with a fantastic sized garden. "We stayed at the lodge for a week in September with my elderly parents. The lodge is warm, comfortable, spacious and very close to the central facilities.
