    PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The entire home is decorated in a tasteful coastal theme, and everything looks brand new. All fixtures and appliances are in excellent working order. The layout worked very well for our family. We loved the view of the pool right from the living/dining area. It was about a 2 1/2 block walk to the beach, which was not bad at all. The only downside was having to rent beach chairs. The beach items left by other renters were not great, but we were able to use the 2 beach umbrellas.

This home was absolutely charming and the taste in decor was on point!!! The full kitchen was wonderful, bedrooms had ample space/storage and bathrooms were precious with the excellent tile and fixture choices. Loved the big sliding doors to the back yard and private pool. It was so difficult to decide whether we wanted to be at the pool or beach. Speaking of, the location was very close to the beach - a very short golf cart ride to beach access! (Easily walkable too) We loved being able to go watch the sunsets every single night! We appreciated having specific beach towels ready that we used for the pool only. The gas grill was a great perk - we enjoyed grilling the fresh catches of the day! We visited during the 4th of July and loved taking part in their fun water parade and decorating our cart to be festive as well! The owners did a fantastic job on updating this home - you can tell they know style, brands, quality and esthetic! We always love coming to AMI but will definitely stay at this home again!! It’s the perfect cottage island home with a white picket fence and wonderful landscaping that you need to try for yourself!
