These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.

Only issue was there is only one parking space for the unit. They do provide additional parking about one mile away. Doable but a little inconvenient. Except for that one thing it was wonderful.

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

Everything was as it was pictured online. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The property manager(s) were super nice and helpful. We all agreed that we would rent the same place again. It was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island, FL and we would definately go back.

We had a great experience at this property! Matthew and John both were an absolute delight, very helpful friendly and accommodating! The beach was clean and chairs always available! Our unit (11) was nicely appointed. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a welcomed surprise! The teenagers thought the elevator inside our unit was amazing! Definitely a great place!

Very clean property in front of pool & 50 steps to beach. Includes beach umbrellas & towels. Just bring chairs & sunscreen! Full kitchen with pots, pans & dishes. Elevator worked great. Beds are comfortable & bathrooms had Complimentary shampoo & shower gel. Beautifully decorated on a gorgeous beach. Gas grill on pool deck steps from front door.

The only complaint which was minor was some of the furniture has paint chipping/peeling and also the upstairs balcony had water by the door that did not dry in the 3 days we were there. We all loved the condo with plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out - a great unit with 2 balconies to hang out on! We enjoyed being on the beach and used the pool and grill too. Very well maintained and managed property. Management is on site during the daytime and have access to a First Aid kit (not in the unit). Bring your own salt and pepper - no spices provided. One (1) parking space provided, with literally no street parking (Bistro across the street uses and monitors it closely for their valet parking). Management was kind enough to let us use another unit's space for a 2nd car, as it was vacant. We would stay here again!

Ana Maria Island is one of my favorite places. You cannot beat the white beaches and the laid-back vibe. There is plenty to do for families. We had our three college age kids home for winter break and this was a perfect location. We ate and drank at some awesome locations, went deep-sea fishing and caught monster fish, rented bikes and rode around the island. The sunsets are incredible and the location of the condo to the beach is within steps. They have a great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. There isn’t much as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper and sugar. I did not feel like cooking on this trip so we bought minimal food. There is a Publix close and you can actually order ahead of time for pick up if you don’t feel like battling the crazy vacationers. It was a wonderful trip and a smack in the face to come back to 35° weather in Illinois. We will definitely be back!

I loved the new changes to the resort... beach attendants, free paddle board and kayak, and shower amenities.I understand the resort is under renovations. I believe this should be explained to guests prior to arrival. I would hate for guests to be disappointed with their experience. There are newly renovated resorts in close proximity to Mainsail. Pool and hot tub are in working order. Rooms are fabulous. Rates are less . Please share your updates with interested parties...I did recommend this resort to a friend, they were disappointed. Pricing did not match expected property condition. I wish you continued success.
