The interior decor in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental is elegant, fresh and bright. These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

We asked a couple of questions and the manager was immediately responsive and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We had an elevator inside the unit which was perfect for one of our guests. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We had umbrellas, chairs and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a golf cart and were able to go all over the island. The Waterfront restaurant had excellent food and was 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

The townhouse was extremely cozy, well stocked, and immaculately clean, while being nicely maintained. The friendly management, Matthew, John, and Rhoda, made us feel so welcome, and were always available for questions. The beach, pool, and hot tub were only steps away. We also found the balconies great areas to gather outdoors. We could not have stayed at a nicer resort!

We were 4 retired ladies going on our annual getaway trip. We selected this condo because of the proximity to the beach and the number of bedrooms. It did not disappoint! It had absolutely everything we needed and was a comfortable and well appointed. Our favorite part was sitting on the open balcony enjoying the beach view. We also spent a little time at the small but lovely pool. The management made sure we had everything we needed, there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. Our favorite bonus feature was the private elevator in our unit. It was ideal for getting luggage up and down the three stories.

Lovely beach townhome

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Holmes Beach Property

Terrific property in a central location to multiple beaches and restaurants. Weather prevented the use of kayaks and paddle boards, but we made ample use of bicycles and facilities. Highly recommend for large families with kids.
