The Space:

Treat yourself to an unforgettable Florida getaway with this luxury Anna Maria Island vacation home. Situated directly on the pristine white sands and warm waters of the Gulf, this extravagant home lies just south of downtown Holmes Beach, near the center of Anna Maria Island. Please note that the entrance to this home and main living areas are on the second floor, with the primary bedroom on the third floor.



This eclectic yet whimsical with coastal decor, beachy accents, and playful artwork by local artist Bobbi Pickens throughout. On the main floor, you'll find a beautiful open living area with a gourmet kitchen, two bedrooms, and an oceanview balcony that spans the entire back of the home. Every bedroom in this home has its own private ensuite bath, offering your guests privacy and comfort. Head up to the third floor for the spacious primary bedroom with its own private beachfront balcony and ensuite bath, along with a fourth bedroom.



On the ground floor, you'll find the private heated pool and spa, conveniently tucked under the main living area to offer a shaded respite. There is also a wide, unshaded patio with lounge chairs, and beyond that is direct access to the Gulf.



You'll have a two-car garage, as well as easy access to the free trolley stop, so exploring the island is a cinch! Head north to famed Pine Avenue for boutiques, restaurants, bars, and Anna Maria City Pier, or south to charming Coquina Beach.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garage. The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on beautiful Anna Maria Island just south of Holmes Beach, this home is just a short stroll or bike ride from shopping, dining and nightlife.



Getting Around:

A car is not required as Anna Maria’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete. The home offers two garage spaces with room for an additional two cars in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available for an additional nightly fee. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65°F. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests

This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

Guests will need to use the stairs to access the multiple levels of this home.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per local ordinance.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Do not leave children unattended by the pool or beach.
