Enjoy effortless island living at this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath Anna Maria Island beach house, located on a quiet street just 1.5 blocks from the sugar-white sand beaches and within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and bars.

The private fenced backyard oasis features a heated pool, poolside lounge seating, outdoor grill, shaded wet bar with mini-fridge, outdoor shower, and a full poolside bathroom. Guests will also enjoy beach chairs, a wagon, and a Pop-A-Shot basketball game.

The main living area is located on the second floor and offers vaulted ceilings, an open-concept layout, and balcony views overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and bar seating, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.

The entire third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a king bed, sitting area, smart TV, desk space, and a spa-style ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities, and private toilet room. A full-size laundry room is conveniently located on this level.

The main level includes a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a full bathroom. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs are available throughout the home.

Recent upgrades include new flooring, fresh interior paint, updated furnishings, new mattresses, stainless-steel appliances, upgraded TVs, new HVAC, and a new grill.

Garage parking for two vehicles plus two driveway spaces.

Payment of reservation deposit is considered acceptance of all terms regardless of signature status of contract. Guest is responsible for adhering to the rental terms and dates. Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Review of Flip Fllp Inn

Beautiful condo! Nice furnishings and beds were VERY comfortable! Pillows great too! Conveniently located to grocery store, restaurants and beach. You also had all the sand equipment you needed. Kids loved the basketball hoop in garage. Pool was great because it was heated which was very good for our cooler week. Condo very clean except for the floors which were not. Would definitely stay there again!

You can obviously pick apart anything if you wanted to. I stayed here for a week, it was clean, spacious and in a great location. For the money spent, well worth it! My daughters and I will return next year for vacation. It's hard picking somewhere, let me help you on your decision. Across the street from the public access to the ocean, we just walked, maybe 3 min before in the beach. Chairs and wagon are in the garage. The house is quiet and surrounding homes are bougie. I timed the drive to the local public's grocery store 6.5 min driving 25 mph. The home could hold 6-10 comfortably and you can't go wrong with renting. I could go on and on, good luck on choosing!
