This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom . Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

AMAZING!!

The house was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I hadn’t been on a trip just us in over 6 years and we are so happy we booked this place it was the perfect place for us to just relax and take a breather from everything together. Absolutely nothing is shared, the backyard has nice greenery and tall fences making it nice and private, and we even made a lil lizard buddy back there lol! Highly recommend this house!

Great family place

The facility totally met our needs. Very nice location for shopping , restaurants, and close to the beach. No need to rent a car with the excellent trolley service. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The pool was heated and very fun for the family. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed this property very much. The pool was great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the availability of paraphernalia for the beach, but it could use a refresh.

Perfect place for a family

House was perfect for our family. Super cute house and was stocked well with kitchen supplies. Plenty of pool/beach toys. Good location. Pool area was shaded well and had good privacy from neighbors. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

This was a perfect spot for our family to get away during the pandemic. We were within walking distance of the beach. There were several close places to get takeout and rent bikes. The kitchen was well stocked when we cooked in. The pool was perfect sized for our family. We will look to stay here again when we visit AMI.

It was a lovely property with plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was easy to cook in the kitchen, there was access to anything you may need. The host was responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was good with our stay. Will definitely be staying here again! 5 stars!

Quiet and Peaceful

The property was exactly as described. Lots of extras (especially around the pool) to help relax. I really enjoyed the day bed swing overlooking the pool. Owner was always prompt about responding to emails. Kitchen was well stocked with things we would need to fix meals. Beds were comfortable. Will defiantly keep this property on our short list of places to return to.

Tropical Paradise!

The home was clean, comfortable, up-to-date, nicely decorated. We loved the proximity to the restaurants and the beach and could walk to almost anywhere we needed to go. Our host was gracious and responsive to our needs. We were totally blown away by the pool and outdoor area: A Tropical Paradise! It was beautifully landscaped, the pool was comfortable, and there was plenty of comfortable seating. So peaceful! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here upon our next return!

Nice Home with privacy and good location

Very nice property with amazing privacy for location. We will definitely rent again. Excellent pool and grilling area with outside TV and brand new gas grill. Property is stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. The TV remotes /instructions were not self explanatory but we figured it out quickly. Property management was easily accessible. Price was very reasonable

Quiet retreat in the heart of Anna Maria

Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Easy access to Gulf Dr, desired restaurants and local shops. Pool area was wonderful after a hot day on the beach. Owner has taken time and given great attention to detail to the furniture around the pool. Lots and lots of seating. The kitchen was so well stocked that we chose to cook a night that we were there. Lots of beach towels, lots of bath towels. Hopefully we will be blessed enough to book this house again.

Awesome location

The home was in a perfect location. Close to everything including the beach..5 min walk. The host was quick to help some issues..the bees were persistent tho.. The home was so cute. The pool was awesome! The only advice I would give is to replace all the beds, they are old and not in good condition. I would and probably will stay again if that happens. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nice place, just picked the wrong time to be there!

The Beach House duplex was a very nice place to stay for the week. We vacationed with another couple and there was plenty of space for the four of us. Much to our surprise, when we opened the sliding glass door to go out on to the deck, a blaring security alarm went off which startled all of us. We figured this system out very quickly after that. As we stood out on the lovely deck, we could see and hear a construction crew working on a new place right over the fence next to the pool. The first thing we heard on Monday morning at 7:30 AM was the sound of sawing and nail guns banging! This was not a pleasant way to start the beginning of our vacation. I realize that Parvaneh had no control over the building project that was going on but we weren't even given a heads up about it prior to our arrival. Other than these things, our vacation was great! There are so many great restaurants to experience, little shops to explore and the beautiful beaches are awesome! The trolley is a great way to get around if you don't want to drive your car or rent a bike. The house had plenty of linens and towels, including beach towels. We did enjoy grilling out a couple nights while we were there and also had fun playing a few games of ping pong in the garage. The king sized bed we slept in was very comfortable. We will definitely be back to vacation on Anna Maria Island again.

I wasn't going to review this rental because I couldn't be as glowing as the other posted reviews. I was disappointed that some of the decor was different than the posted pictures, e.g., the TV area especially looked "junky". The master bathroom shower couldn't be used as the water flow was just a trickle and you had to be standing directly under the shower head. We used the other bath while we were there. Every night, all night, the vents in the master bath and over the kitchen stove flapped constantly. When I was laying out by the pool all of the sudden I was surrounded by guys with ladders who proceeded to hammer up siding or gutters for the next few hours with no prior warning that they were expected. Renters should also be aware that there is an empty lot directly behind this property that was graded while we were there, also noisy and disruptive. One might assume it will have a house built on it soon. Not my idea of a peaceful getaway. Parvenah did give us a heads up early in our visit that the pool guy would be there to fix a leak in the pool, we weren't aware that another pool guy would be there later in the week as well. He never announced himself, just walked in on me (no real privacy). Now having said all that, there were definitely good things about this rental. I have rented all over the states and have never been in even one rental where so many food items have been left for the next renters. There were oils, spices, coffee, syrups, condiments, detergents, paper products and more. There were even ice cubes already made. The proximity to shopping and the beaches was wonderful. The rental was spotless as well.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Positives:Host was very easy to communicate with, and allowed us a seamless early check-in, which we very much appreciated.There were chairs, a beach wagon, and some beach toys provided; it was nice not to have to pack those.The private pool was great, especially with kids.The house was stocked with plenty of toilet paper and things for cooking (spices, etc.) Fairly close to the beach. It felt like a long walk for us with four young children. But in reality, it wasn’t that bad.Walking distance to restaurants and the CrossFit gym. Critiques:The house needs a thorough cleaning and updates. I had higher expectations as we have stayed in other places on AMI, and were just coming from another rental that was fantastic. There were just things like wood trim on the floor falling off, door alarms hanging from wires, some mold on the shower curtain, a rusty shower rod, and our feet were black when walking around barefoot inside. We contacted the host about a plug missing from the tv in one of the kids’ rooms, and they responded and were able to find that a few days into our trip. Not the end of the world that they didn’t have tv for a few days, but it would’ve been nice. We bought wash clothes for the kitchen as there weren’t any, and wash clothes for the showers because there weren’t enough. We didn’t bother the host with this, because we’d already contacted them a few times about other things. We love AMI and will be back, but will probably find a different house.

Great location!

This is our second time in 4 years staying here. Overall we had a great time, great location on the island and within walking distance to everything. The pool is a nice! Property owner is very responsive and takes care of any issues you have with your stay.
