Beach pool House Family Vacation Home.

This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom . Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other 2 bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

Great location within walking distance of beach. Nicely equipped with stuff for house. Had coolers, beach chairs, wagon which was a bonus. Comfortable and clean. Could use some updates. Overall a good experience and we would recommend.

This is our second time in 4 years staying here. Overall we had a great time, great location on the island and within walking distance to everything. The pool is a nice! Property owner is very responsive and takes care of any issues you have with your stay.

Great family place

The facility totally met our needs. Very nice location for shopping , restaurants, and close to the beach. No need to rent a car with the excellent trolley service. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. The pool was heated and very fun for the family. We would stay here again.

AMAZING!!

The house was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I hadn’t been on a trip just us in over 6 years and we are so happy we booked this place it was the perfect place for us to just relax and take a breather from everything together. Absolutely nothing is shared, the backyard has nice greenery and tall fences making it nice and private, and we even made a lil lizard buddy back there lol! Highly recommend this house!

Great Family Property

We had a lovely stay over the holidays, the house was perfect for two couples and an infant. There was plenty of space, the pool and outdoor area were great for everyone and we were able to have more family over to relax and hang out all together. Very clean and great location, will definitely stay again!

What a great little vacation spot! Easy access to the beach and very walkable, but the pool is a paradise all to itself. Host was very responsive to any issues we experienced. Would highly recommend.

Great time in AMI

We stayed for three weeks and everything was wonderful. The outside with the pool area was amazing. The host was very responsive to inquiries. The location was great to get to the beach by walking or biking. We could also bike to a few restaurants. We'll definitely stay again!

Paradise

This was our 6th year on Anna Maria for spring break. This rental was our favorite. Spacious, clean, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Ping pong table was a plus. Plenty of household items as well as beach gear. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and coffee spots. I highly recommend to anyone coming to the island. We are charmed every year on this island !

The house is in a great central location and the neighborhood was quiet with a short walk to the beach. The private pool was a great place to relax with everything you need. We would stay at this house again. The host was very responsive to generals questions.

April Massachusetts vaca!

Another fantastic stay at Anna Maria

This is our second year staying at this property and it is the best and so convenient to everything. The beach is about a 2 block walk and we go back and forth between our pool and beach. We plan on coming back again next year :) Would highly recommend this location’&has everything you need .

Perfect spot to stay on Anna Maria

Why this is a great place: fabulous owners who are so responsive and do everything they can to make your stay perfect; very comfortable furnishings and beds, and well-equipped kitchen; upstairs porch and a beautiful patio/pool area below, including a large swing and lots of seating; heated and well-maintained pool; chairs and other beach supplies; easy walk to the beach; quiet neighborhood; central location on Anna Maria. Very comfortable for four adults or a family with children.

great location

we really enjoyed our stay, 2 weeks 3 adults, lovely surprise to find downstairs a full sized dining table, bbq and fridge plus sofas, and swing lounger, pool was great too. The property is in a quiet neighbour hood, easily accessible for the beach and a little stroll to the irish bar also the free trolley to either end of the island, we have been to florida many times and AMI is our favourite place.

First timers at AMI

This was our first time to AMI and the house was perfect. We loved having our own private pool. We walked to the beach in like 5 minutes every evening to see the sun set.We can not wait to book next year.
