Our house, lovingly named "Casa Verde," is not just a place to stay; it's an experience waiting to be lived. Step outside, and you'll find yourself just a few strides away from the sands of Anna Maria Beach.
We have a fee to use the pool!! Our BBQ is free of charges!!!!
When available, we offer early check-in and late check-out, fee $100.00.

The Space
This property offers a variety of comfortable and spacious rooms to accommodate guests. Here's a general description of what you can expect:

Master Bedroom: This room features a luxurious king-sized bed, providing ample space for a couple or solo traveler. It offers a comfortable and private retreat within the property.

Room Number 2: This room is equipped with two trundle beds, one in full size and the other in twin size. It's a versatile space suitable for guests who prefer separate beds or for a small family.

Bedroom Number 3: This room boasts two full-sized beds, making it ideal for a group of friends or family members. It offers plenty of sleeping space and is great for those who value comfort and privacy.

Bedroom Number 4: Similar to Bedroom Number 3, this room also has two full-sized beds, accommodating a larger group or additional guests comfortably.

Living Room by the Kitchen: Adjacent to the kitchen, this living room area features a sofa bed. It serves as a cozy spot for relaxation or can be used as an extra sleeping area if needed.

Living Room in the Back: The second living room, located towards the rear of the property, also includes a sofa bed. This additional living space provides more room for guests to unwind and can serve as an extra sleeping area, if required.

Overall, this property offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to cater to different group sizes and preferences. It's well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, with a mix of private bedrooms and convertible sofa beds in common areas. Guests will enjoy a smooth and hassle-free entrance to our home. We ll provide you with an electronic key passcode for easy, contactless access, ensuring a stress-free start to your stay.

Lost & Found
Please take all of your personal belongings before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Also, be aware that this is a self-catering property. We will provide some initial supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher, and laundry detergent, but you will need to stock up on these items as your stay continues.

On Wednesday mornings, our pool guy comes to service the pool. He never enters the house but does need access to the pool area. The process is quiet and usually takes only a few minutes.

We are a pet-friendly property and welcome your furry friends!
Pets are welcome! $50 fee per pet (Max 3 pets up to 33lbs each, please inquire for anything over.)
Pool Heating: $45/day.
