The heart of Casa Verde is its farmhouse-inspired design. The moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an ambiance of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Our kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're cooking for a crowd or preparing a romantic dinner for two, this kitchen has you covered. Already planning to return to Casa Verde!

What a perfect retreat for our family. We needed a weekend away, and we were visiting some friends who came to stay on AMI, and also some that lived in Lakewood Ranch. This was the perfect place for what ended up being two families with little kids! The house was in perfect condition, and came with everything you would want or need for a great weekend on AMI. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect place for a Mother/daughter weekend

Fantastic property for our mother/daughter weekend of 7 ladies with an age range of 80’s to 50’s. Plenty of room for all with clean bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen amenities. Owners were so flexible, responsive and kind. Rainy weather for most of our stay but it was the ok because we had a great place to stay in and spend time together. Garage was full of beach chairs and other items for us to use when the sun was out ( and umbrellas when it wasn’t). Can’t wait to come in warmer weather and use the pool!

Slice of Heaven

This was the perfect home for our annual girls trip. It was decorated beautifully, everything was new and fresh and it had plenty of space for everyone to have fun but feel they had their own space. Truly a home away from home!💕
