AMI Villa is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island Island in Holmes Beach. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms you have plenty of sleeping options and every bedroom has its own connected bathroom! The main floor master bedroom as well as another master upstairs are both equipped with king size beds. The master bedroom upstairs has its own private balcony. The third bedroom is very spacious and equipped with 2 queen beds. If you have a larger family, there is a queen size pullout sofa in the living room.

The laundry room equipped with full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. When you arrive, you will find high quality and commercially cleaned luxury bedding, bath towels, wash cloths and beach towels ready for your stay. Breathe easy knowing that everything is already taken care of for you. The large open kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. The fenced in yard is perfect for small children and pets, and the pool area is also gated so you can keep them in or out. Enjoy the private heated pool and outside patio with grill. There are 3 covered porches on different levels including a rooftop porch with a swing- a perfect spot for your morning coffee, evening cocktails and gorgeous views of the island. Take in some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your balconies!

The beach down the path has lots of activities for all ages including volleyball, live music daily, all you eat pancakes in the morning, ice cream and a restaurant and bar. Enjoy a meal with your toes in the sand. You will love the short walk to the beach, island grocery store, CVS, shops, restaurants and the island free trolley . We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. The owners have thought of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in this beautiful home!

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
