Just 3 blocks to the beach & steps to the canals! Bring the whole crew to this bright & breezy 3-bed, 3 bath beach house-with coastal cool style. 2,100 sq ft of pure relaxation and fun in our light-filled, ranch-style home!

Free trolley stop around the corner making island exploring a breeze or rent bikes & enjoy an easy ride to eats & shops. With games, beach gear, and good vibes, it’s your family’s dream vacation spot!


There's plenty of room for the whole crew! The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with extra space for the little ones to join the fun. We’ve got two playful monster-themed inflatable kid beds and two pack ’n plays ready to keep the kiddos cozy and happy during your stay!

The huge open living area features an extra-large sectional that seats 8 — perfect for movie nights, game days, or just chilling after a sun-soaked beach adventure.

3 Bedrooms: Catch some serious vacation vibes in one of three roomy bedrooms, all with king-size beds & room darkening curtains, made for ultimate relaxation! Two rooms let you slide straight out to the side yard to soak up the sunshine, while the third has its own private entrance by the garage — perfect for sneaking out to enjoy that fresh coastal breeze anytime you like!

No waiting for showers here! With 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suites!), there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day at the beach.

Gather around the open dining room table for 6, or pull up a stool at the island — there’s room for 4 more! The kitchen is fully loaded with brand-new appliances, an induction cooktop, spices, and all the cookware you need to whip up a feast.

Cozy conversation corner alert! Sip your morning coffee, enjoy cocktails, or play cards in the stylish 4-seater nook with comfy swivel chairs, complete with easy access to an outlet if you need to sneak in a little work.

Game on! The garage has been transformed into an epic game room featuring ping pong, skee ball, shuffleboard, darts, and a game table for hours of family fun.

Beach days made easy! We’ve got you covered with 6 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, 2 coolers, a beach wagon, sand toys for the kids, and plenty of towels — all ready for your perfect day by the ocean.

Outdoor living at its finest! Relax in the Adirondack chairs with your morning coffee, enjoy a meal under the stars at the dining table for 8, or kick back under the festive cabana bar for happy hour.

Let the games begin! Kids (and kids at heart) will love the slip n slide, corn hole, and jumbo Jenga — endless fun in your private backyard oasis!

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We were there for Thanksgiving week. There were five adults and one toddler. The house and its layout were very comfortable for this group. The house was immaculate and superbly equipped, and in fact virtually everything, including beach gear, all seemed brand new. The location with respect to the beach, as well as north and south town areas, was also excellent. The communication with the owner was outstanding. One side of the house does face the island’s major thoroughfare so there is some road noise, but it never bothered us. We highly recommend this house.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel like this one deserves a 5 star rating. It’s walking distance to public access beach. Near the restaurants, Publix and still quiet. Very clean and an attentive host. I would actually star here again.

We had s fantastic stay at this spacious VRBO home! The split floor plan, with two bedrooms on one side and one on the other, provided the perfect privacy for our teenagers, making it an ideal family retreat. The house was impeccably clean and fully stocked with high-quality kitchen, bath, bed, and beach equipment — truly everything we needed for our vacation. We loved the variety of game options available, which kept us entertained in the evenings. Plus, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive to shopping and restaurants! Our host was amazing, always responsive and friendly, ensuring our stay was seamless. We can't wait to return. Book this house — you won't regret it!
