  • Escape to gorgeous Anna Maria Island and enjoy all it has to offer. Nestled in Holmes Beach, this delightful townhome has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an arcade room, and 3 separate balconies. The location can’t get much better, offering a short walk to the beach, the pool, stores, restaurants and bars. With a two-car garage there is plenty of room for your vehicles as well as a driveway that can fit 2-3 vehicles. We also provide a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella to make your beach stay that much easier.

    Minimum stay: 7 days
    Occupancy limits: 6 people
    Weather rules and regulations: There are no rainout/inclement weather refunds on this property. Guests are responsible for canceling reservations in case of bad weather.

    Quiet time: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m.

    Holmes Beach, Florida, has a decibel-based noise ordinance, generally allowing 65 dBA (daytime, 7 a.m.-10 p.m.) and 50 dBA (nighttime, 10 p.m.-7 a.m.), with earlier limits on weekends/holidays) and special limits for amplified music, enforced by sound meters and focusing on "unreasonable" or disturbing sounds beyond property lines. Violations can lead to escalating fines.

We loved staying at Connor and Sophie’s place. It is in a perfect location and extremely clean. Connor was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. It was nice having some amenities waiting when we got there! We would definitely stay here again when we visit beautiful Anna Maria Island!

We had an incredible week staying here!! The hosts clearly put so much thought and effort into making sure we had everything we could possibly need for the perfect vacation here and the place is so beautiful and homey!

This condo was great for our family of 5. There was enough space for all of us; plenty of bedroom space, bathrooms and extra towels available. The walk to the pool was quick, and it was often empty. We quickly learned the path to the beach, and made it part of our activities at least twice a day. This condo had everything we needed and more. It felt comfortable and Old Florida without feeling out of date or stuffy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and within walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream. We've been to Anna Maria a few times and highly recommend. We'd stay here again without thinking twice.
