"This was a beautiful, immaculate home, The three bedrooms were generously sized, especially the primary bedroom and bathroom, which were incredibly spacious and featured a huge shower and separate soaking tub. Even though there were only four of us, the home could easily accommodate more guests with the extra cots that Ingrid provides.The high ceilings make the space feel even larger, and the beach-themed décor throughout the main kitchen and living area was tasteful and inviting. The guest rooms were also beautifully decorated. The kitchen island is enormous and offers plenty of seating, along with two additional dining/seating areas that flow into the living room, making the layout perfect for entertaining.The screened-in outdoor space, complete with a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, and small bar was one of the main reasons we chose this home, and it did not disappoint. We made use of many of the amenities provided, including beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, a barbecue grill, and every kitchen item you could possibly need for cooking.Ingrid was an exceptionally responsive host who made sure we had everything we needed and also provided excellent recommendations for the area. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood near the airport, yet we never heard any airplane noise, which had initially been a concern. It is also conveniently located near restaurants and a short drive to the beach.We would love to stay here again in the near future!"

"Check-in and checkout were smooth and easy. Property was extremely clean and spacious. Listing photos were accurate. Location was 15 minutes or less to everything - beaches, stores, restaurants, etc. Bathrooms were huge and more than enough towels were provided. Loved the outdoor area and the lanai saved us from bugs and critters. House is on a main road but driveway is large enough to turn around and not have to back out. Only 2 very minor issues noted during our stay - 1) I think pool maintenance was scheduled on one of the days during our stay and more chemicals were dumped in? We came back from dinner to jump in the pool and you could smell it as soon as you went in the backyard, which wasn’t the case the rest of the time we were there. My husband and daughter swam anyway and got some minor irritation in their eyes and on their skin, but nothing major or lasting. Maybe just a scheduling issue but figured we’d mention. 2) This was more an error on our part, but we didn’t realize there was only a TV in one out of the four bedrooms, and it wasn’t the primary bedroom. Again, not a big deal since there were TVs in the 2 common areas as well as a TV in the outdoor pool area. Would book again and recommend to others visiting the area."
