"Shower didn’t work properly. Two very small pillows in room. Desk staff was unable to make simple decisions to improve the stay. Asked to have prepaid breakfast refunded since they didn’t open breakfast until a very late 8am and we have to leave at 7:30 to catch a flight. We had already prepaid the cost at their request when I made the reservation weeks early but they hadn’t made us aware of the time change. "
